  1. No Returns or Replacements:
    • Once an order is placed and delivered, we cannot accept any returns or offer replacements.
    • This policy ensures that all customers receive products that are untouched and uncompromised.
  2. Cancellation Before Shipping:
    • Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped.
    • If the cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched, a 100% refund will be credited within 15 working days.
  3. Cancellation After Shipping:
    • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    • If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at mail@ayurvedabyvidharvi.in or call us at +91 9536311165 (Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 5:30 PM; closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
    • Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and appropriate action (replacement or refund) will be taken if deemed valid by Ayurveda By Vidharvi Private Limited.
  5. Duplicate Payments:
    • If a customer inadvertently pays twice for the same product, a refund for the duplicate transaction will be processed upon verification.
